A plan or opinion given for consideration.

• Members should direct their suggestions to the League Secretary [email protected] to be brought to the attention of the Committee.
• The League Secretary will acknowledge the Member’s email.
• The Committee will review the suggestion then decide whether it will be implemented, put to one-side to be reviewed at a later date or discarded.
• The Member will be informed of the outcome
