Raising a Concern
To highlight a situation or scenario that has caused worry or discomfort.
- Raise the Concern by completing the Online Form
- The Resolution Lead will acknowledge the Member’s email and bring the matter to the attention of the Committee.
- The Committee will review the Concern, then decide what action should be taken.
- The Member will be informed of the outcome.
